What the
calls cover

Each session is one-on-one. You bring something from the clinic that is costing time or money. That might be scheduling, follow-up, billing, a staff handoff, or a tool you already pay for.

We also look at operating expenses (OPEX) when they are eating what the clinic earns. If a change in a tool you already have would save the front desk time, we map that change on the call.

I do not build or install systems on these calls. You leave with the next step written down. If something needs to be built, that is a separate project with its own price.

How a
month works

1. 01

   You subscribe with the button at the bottom of this page. Stripe emails a receipt.

2. 02

   The first session is 1.5 hours. We pick one problem in the clinic and write down what you will do next.

3. 03

   Between the two sessions, text or email me. I answer while the work is in front of you.

4. 04

   The second session is 1.5 hours. We check what you tried, fix what didn't stick, and choose the next problem.

5. 05

   The next month starts the same way. You can cancel any month.

What is
