I am Nate — Nathan Schweitzer on paper. I founded Swissman Systems LLC in Chandler, Arizona. We help nonprofits and medical clinics optimize the CRM they already pay for, build the workflows the team actually uses, and migrate data when it is time to move.

The homepage is the offer. This page is who is behind it. Swissman Systems is a CRM consultancy, not an AI agency and not a software vendor. I do not sell you a monthly stack of tools. I make the CRM you already have match how the team works — or I help you move when it cannot.
I spent years running data and systems for a 70+ staff organization: dashboards, pipelines, and databases people actually used. I do that work now for churches, nonprofits, and medical or wellness clinics. Anonymized examples live on the client work page — a church data platform, a clinic CRM rebuild. No client names. No invented reviews.
I live and work in Chandler. The East Valley is the service area. Remote is normal. If you are in Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, or Scottsdale, you are in range. If you are not, we can still talk.
