Custom Software · Multi-Campus Church
Church Scope
A growing four-campus church had years of data locked inside its church software. Pulling a report took hours — sometimes days. Leaders could not get simple answers about giving, attendance, or first-time guests without asking staff to dig.
I built Church Scope: a web app that pulls all of that data into one fast place, every night. Giving, attendance, and guest data now live on dashboards that load in seconds — and leaders can ask questions in plain English.

What Was Built
One Home for All the Data
Every night, the system copies data out of the church's management and giving tools into one fast database. Staff stopped waiting on slow reports — and stopped copying numbers into spreadsheets by hand.
Giving Dashboards
Leaders see giving by week, fund, and campus in seconds. The system also sorts givers into simple groups — new, steady, slowing down, stopped — so the team knows who to thank and who to check on.
Guest-to-Member Funnel
A clear picture of how first-time guests become members, campus by campus. Leaders can see where people get stuck, who is drifting away, and click into a real list of names to follow up with.
Ask Questions in Plain English
AI is built in. A leader can ask something like “How did giving at our newest campus compare to last year?” and get an answer from the real data — no report request, no waiting.
The Win
The system also caught gaps the old reports hid — like guests who were counted at the wrong campus, and hundreds of people quietly drifting away each year that no one could see before.
