Church OS
When a one-person business team at a large Arizona church rapidly expanded to seven people across five departments, a decade of institutional knowledge was scattered across Google Drive, spreadsheets, and memory. There was no shared system, no project visibility, and no way to collaborate without a meeting.
I built a complete operations system in Notion — consolidating everything into one connected workspace with project tracking, HR workflows, a ticketing system, a staff wiki, and internal request forms used by over 70 staff members.

What Was Built
Recruiting Tracker
A kanban board that automatically assigns HR tasks to the right team members at every stage — from application through offer — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Facilities Request System
Staff submit maintenance and facilities tickets through a built-in form. Tasks are routed to the right people, tracked by priority and building, and visible to everyone involved.

Staff Offboarding Workflow
Each offboarding is a living checklist — tasks auto-assigned across HR, IT, and finance with due dates and status tracking so the process runs itself.

Systems Projects Tracker
A master view of every active, paused, and backlogged systems project — with Gantt views, Planning Center integrations, and department tagging.

All Request Forms Hub
A single staff-facing portal for every internal request — from check requests to communications asks — replacing clunky Google Forms with a system that actually follows up.

Staff Wiki & Knowledge Base
A verified, searchable library of how-to guides, policies, and procedures — tagged by department and kept current with a built-in verification system.
